Dr. Chitrakant Sahu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Raipur. He received a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, IIITDM Jabalpur in 2015. Research interests include low-power semiconductor devices and circuits, nanoelectronics, non-classical CMOS devices,s etc.  Dr. Sahu has published 30+ international journal publications (IEEE, IET, Springer, and Elsevier), 30+ conference publications (including EDTM, ISCAS, TENCON, etc.), and also published two book chapters in IET publication in the UK. He has completed 04 sponsored research projects that are funded by different agencies including the Department of Science and Technology (DST), TEQIP-III, and NPIU. Dr. Sahu is a Senior IEEE Member and Reviewer of different journals including IEEE Transactions, Springer, and Elsevier Journals.
