It is decided that, for grievance Redressal of employees of NIT raipur, a three tier system will be followed.

• (i). Redressal of grievance of an employee at HODs level.
• (ii). Grievance Redressal at Director's level.
• (iii). Grievance Redressal by Grievance Redressal Cell.

The employees can apply to respective HODs for redressal of their grievances
