षोडश (16वाँ) दीक्षांत समारोह संबंधी सूचना
प्रिय छात्र-छात्राओं,
सभी छात्रों को सूचित किया जाता है कि संस्थान में षोडश दीक्षांत समारोह दिनांक 9 नवम्बर 2025 (रविवार) को आयोजित किया जा रहा है। ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण की तिथि 6 अक्टूबर 2025 से 2 नवम्बर 2025 तक निर्धारित की गई है। अतः सभी छात्र-छात्राएँ दीक्षांत समारोह में सम्मिलित होने हेतु समय सीमा के भीतर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण अवश्य कराएँ।
जिन छात्र-छात्राओं ने दीक्षांत समारोह हेतु ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण किया है, उन्हें दिनांक 8 नवम्बर 2025 को प्रातः 09:00 बजे से दोपहर 02:00 बजे के बीच संस्थान में उपस्थित होकर भौतिक पंजीकरण एवं स्टोल/किट प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। सभी पंजीकृत छात्र-छात्राओं को उसी दिन दोपहर 02:00 बजे से प्रारंभ होने वाले अंतिम रिहर्सल में अनिवार्य रूप से भाग लेना होगा। जो छात्र-छात्राएँ रिहर्सल में अनुपस्थित रहेंगे, उन्हें दीक्षांत समारोह में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
यदि कोई छात्र दीक्षांत समारोह में उपस्थित नहीं हो पाता है, तो उपाधि प्रमाण पत्र उसके पंजीकृत पते पर स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से भेज दिया जाएगा (यदि उपाधि शुल्क का भुगतान किया जा चुका है)।

Notice Regarding 16th Convocation Ceremony
Dear Students,
The 16th Convocation of NIT Raipur will be held on 9th November 2025 (Sunday). The online registration for the convocation will remain open from 6th October to 2nd November 2025. All eligible students are required to register online within the given period to participate in the convocation ceremony.
Candidates who have registered online for the convocation must report to the institute on 8th November 2025 between 09:00 A.M. and 02:00 P.M. for physical registration and stole/kit collection. All registered candidates must compulsorily attend the final rehearsal, which will begin at 02:00 P.M. onwards on the same day. Students who fail to attend the rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the convocation ceremony.
If a registered candidate is unable to attend the convocation, the degree certificate will be sent by SPEED POST to the registered address (subject to payment of the degree fee).
