The Energy conversion System Laboratory is in the Heat Engine Laboratory which is located on the ground floor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Raipur. The laboratory is equipped with the following major equipment.
1. Pyranometer
2. Pyrheliometer
3. Solar flat plate collector
4. Parabolic collector
5. D level Steam turbine
6. Steam conditioning plant
8. Rheology instrument (for research)
