Holistic Wellness through Energy Science: Enhancing Physical, Mental & Emotional Well-being
The session created awareness about holistic wellness and the concept of the
Human Energy System. Experts shared research-based insights and
practical techniques to help participants better understand and manage challenges
related to physical health, emotional well-being, stress, anxiety, relationships,
professional performance, and overall quality of life.
The programme also introduced complementary energy-based wellness approaches,
including Pranic Healing, and discussed their potential role in
promoting overall well-being and improving cognitive functions.
